These are part of a new breed of spam which uses the
Windows Messenger Service to invade your computer. Port
135 is often allowed to pass through firewalls because it
is needed for RPC in Windows.

The easiest way to stop receiving Windows Messenger spam
is to disable the Windows Messenger service on your
computer.
