.net framework seems to treat assembly downloads differently from native .exe
downloads. I noticed this as well (whether or not the assembly is Authenticode-signed).
Hopefully future releases/service-packs to .net will at least provide an indication,
on web-link download, that the assembly is signed with a valid Authenticode signature.
