Sharing & NTFS Permissions

If there is anyone out there who is proficient with Windows shares and NTFS
permissions... I'd love to hear from you. This is regarding the Traverse
Folder permission.
I have the following:

C:\Test SHARE: DomainAdmins
Full/Everyone Read NTFS: DomainAdmins Full

C:\Test\FolderA NTFS: Everyone Full

>From what I get out of the following excerpt from Microsoft site... All
users should be able to traverse through the C:\Test folder to get access to
the FolderA... however... that doesn't work!! I have to explicitly give the
Everyone group the Traverse Folder permission at C:\Test.

Traverse Folder/Execute File For folders: Traverse Folder allows or denies
moving through folders to reach other files or folders, even if the user has
no permissions for the traversed folders. (Applies to folders only.)
Traverse folder takes effect only when the group or user is not granted the
Bypass traverse checking user right in the Group Policy snap-in. (By
default, the Everyone group is given the Bypass traverse checking user
right.)

For files: Execute File allows or denies running program files. (Applies to
files only).

Setting the Traverse Folder permission on a folder does not automatically
set the Execute File permission on all files within that folder.
