It's not MSN Messenger.
You really need a firewall that blocks TCP and UDP 135 among other ports.
The popups are an indicator that your computer is probably allowing other
more serious hacking to your computer from the internet.

www.agnitum.com, www.kerio.com and www.zonealarm.com are all free firewall
software that should let you block these popups. www.sygate.com also works,
though you may need to make a manual change to block these popups.
