Password for Internet only

Is there a way to force a user to enter a password if they
want to get on the Internet? Assume the PC is already
booted up to the desktop. We have several machines that
all boot up with the same user name, it is an
administrator account. Any help appreciated. Can't find
it in the XP Help File!!!
