hmmm, which suggests a little utility:
A monitoring tool of the current connection status of IE, so that
when you are doing your on-line banking (if you so dare :-) you
can be more assured that you really ARE connected by good-strength
SSL and someone hasn't hijacked your browser with a phony lock
icon in lower corner !
