problems

1st - On the ME, is anyone out there having problems with
their d-drive, mine keeps going offline. We had it in the
shop and have talked with the techies, but the drive keeps
going down.

2nd- everytime I go on yahoo to check my e-mail, ME locks
up and I have to reboot. I have deleted all temporary
fikes and have used the "cleanup disk" program, but it
still locks up. Any suggestions, I've check the manuals
and even tried contacting gateway-same story- it has to be
Yahoo, and Yahoo says its gateway or the ME program.
what's a newbee to do????
