What "wall" did they hit? Last I heard Intel had a processor that was over
3GHz. What is Apple's fastest?
Not that it really matters. You are right that it's not (all) about speed,
but it doesn't hurt.
And really, Apples are just TOO expensive, and there is WAY more software
for Windows machines.
