The following is my problem:

Every five minutes the following event error messages are added to the
Application log in Event Viewer:

Event Type: Warning
Event Source: SceCli
Event Category: None
Event ID: 1202
Date: 10/16/1999
Time: 10:13:10 am
User: N/A
Computer: COMPUTERNAME

Description: Security policies are propagated with warning. 0x534 : No
mapping between account names and security IDs was done. Please look for
more details in TroubleShooting section in Security Help.

Event Source: Userenv
Event Category: None
Event ID: 1000
Date: 10/16/1999
Time: 10:13:11 am
User: NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM
Computer: COMPUTERNAME

Description: The Group Policy client-side extension Security was passed
flags (17) and returned a failure status code of (1332).

What i've done to date:
I followed KB Article 279432 (
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;279432 ) no resolve
I followed KB Article 247482 (
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;247482 ) no resolve.

>From 247482 i have a netlogon.log, the following error was noted:

Error 1332: No mapping between account names and security IDs was done.
  Cannot find IWAM_ADCONTROL.
 Configure IUSR_ADCONTROL.

 User Rights configuration completed with error.

>From the Default Domain Policy i've removed the IUSR and IWAM account but i
cant convert the SIDS to users...... if i could do this would it solve my
problem?? Am i missing something really obvious??
