I need help. Almost every morning when I start the PC I
get a Windows Automatic Update notice saying there are
new updates to be installed would I like to install them
now. I do so and then i go to the windows update site to
check what the update was and i see it is always the
same "810847 cumulative patch for IE 6 Service Pack".
This has been happening for quite a few weeks now and
when I view the Installation History, I see it is always
the same patch that has been "successfully installed" 12
times through Automatic Update. How can I stop this?
Thank you.
