I have the latest virus scan and highest Norton firewall
security, deleted all cookies, downloaded and ran Ad-
Aware, and I keep getting pop-up screens over the top of
all applications, even my screen saver. Symantec
suggested the possibility that the popups are coming
through the Windows XP software that powers MSN
Messenger. I would have to disable this by turning off
the Windows XP Remote Assistant. How can I access this
from my home/small office computer, and how do I disable
it - or does anyone have any other ideas?

Thanks!
