Changing RestrictAnonymous to 1 solves the problem, but I'd like to know
the reason why the print server needs to connect back to the client.
It's interesting to note that if I stop the Server service on the client
machines, I can query the print queue status again, even when
RestrictAnonymous=2 (actually, RestrictAnonymous is meaningless once the
Server service is stopped). It means that theoretically, the printer
server should not need to connect back.

You can check this by yourself.
