The entire error message is always helpful to post when looking for tech
support. I'm not going to look up what 678 is.
Is there a tech support number you can call at your university? That's
where I would start looking. [Also, this isn't really a security issue, so
this newsgroup probably isn't the place to get the best answer.]
Are you typing your login ID and password in correctly?
