Audit Failures on Event ID: 565

An audit failure Event ID:565 is being generated every
time one of our users looks at another users free-busy
time in outlook when booking a meeting request. The user
opens a new meeting request, invites another attendee and
right clicks on the attendee's booked times to see details
of the booking. The action is successful, but a security
audit failure is recorded on our exchange server security
logs.
Any ideas why these failures are being generated?
