I'm not too sure about this, but I think it's a hoax. If
you search the virus name "jdbgmgr.exe" on like google or
something, you'll find websites telling you the teddy
bear is a legitimate windows icon.

I don't really know a lot about computer systems but if
it's any help, I received the same email several months
back, I didn't delete the teddy and so far nothing's
happen. I did panic and run several antivirus scans with
different programs though... ;p
