cannot access secure sites

Can anybody out there help me please. I had a problem with
the klenz virus which was fixed for me, but since then I
have been unable to access any secure sites. When trying I
get the following. "the page cannot be displayed" message.
This occurs after I have agreed to the message telling me
I am about to veiw a secure site, and I am also told I am
leaving the secure site when I click onto anything else.
What is happening???? thank you in advance.
