Control panel, network.

Make sure that the logon reads Windows, rather than a network logon.

Then, change the Windows password (control panel, passwords) to
nothing--i.e. put in whatever you have now, and then hit enter three times
(?).

A Windows logon, with a blank password, will result in no more prompt.
