Files getting deleted everywhere (leaving on ly folders)

HELP! We are losing all of our data on our servers,
something or someone is deleting all of our data but
leaving only the folders and subfolders of the data. I
checked the event logs and norton antivirus found nothing.
Anybody know what the hec is going on here?
