Installing the Q329414 patch for MDAC

Has anyone figured out how to run the new Q329414 for MDAC
in silent mode? when I run the command with the /? switch
is reports that running with the /q switch will run in
silent mode but it still comes up with a confirmation
message that the user can cancel. I need to distribute
this via SMS to over 1300 clients & have complete
confidence that most of my users will click that cancel
button.
