That's a start, although as you know you just power the computer off and on
and click Cancel at the login screen to get into Windows, or boot to a DOS
floppy. I bet there are other ways, like the old trick of putting some sort
of program on a CD so that it is set to autorun on insert.
You really need Windows 2000 or XP to get the best level of security. But,
