I am trying to access the same https site using 2 win2k
client machines. One shows the lock. The other doesn't,
even though it displays certificate when I click at the
bottom right corner.

I have read that forms containing frames could, sometimes,
not display the lock. Obviously, this is not the case.
Could someone tell me why the lock doesn't appear? what
configuration changes I need to make for the lock to
appear?

Thanks in advance,
