I's a Trojan House kinda program which will auot-start as the
operation system is launched!
If your system is Win98, you can follow the below step:
1 search the dial-up program in the harddisk. if found it, del the
flies!
2 if it failed. try to edit the registry
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version\Run
............................................................................................................................................\Runonce
etc
3 reinstall the system(suppose that you ahve scan your harddisk by AV
software).
