I keep getting a msgsrv.32 not responding all i can tell
you is it locks me out of the bottom task bar as well is
while i'm trying to get on line. I took out my isp to see
if it was that it was not. I partitioned & reformated the
drive reinstalled windows and I still get the same. Any
help greatly appreciated
