Unsafe Attachments Solution

If after downloading MS OE Security you cannot open
attachments, do the following:
Open the Tools menu, pick Options and Click on the
Security tab. Click radio button on Internet Zone, then
Uncheck the box labeled "Do not allow attachment to be
saved or opened." You're welcome.
