I wouldn't worry about this. It sounds sort of fishy, or at least there
isn't any useful information in it that would help anyone be more secure.
There are plenty of ways people are getting defrauded in ebay and hotmail
that don't involve passwords or security vulnerabilities. I would be
concerned about those things first.
