W98 Update Patch Q323255

While browsing System Information - And surveying the
updates - @ software environments /software updates /
W98 / directly in front of the Q323255 update is written
which appears to be the word ElliE with symbols installed
above each letter. My concern is I just formatted my
computer and installed all the updates anew .
Is this something put there by microsoft ??????????
