OK downloaded a sniffer and found it is browser announcements. Just wish it
wasn't so talkative and noisy.

Domain/Workgroup Announcement , Domain controller, NT workstation, domain
Enum
and
Host announcement, workstation, server, domain controller, print queue
server, nt workstation, master browser
