Why are you typing in all caps? Do you write your emails like that? Your
Word documents?
You didn't mention what country you're in [not everyone on the internet here
is in the US]. However, yes, they can do that. There's no privacy on work
computers or networks, and you should never assume there is privacy, no
matter what they do or don't do to monitor you. If you choose to bank
online at work, that's your choice.
On the other hand, are you sure they're doing all this? I've never heard of
a company copying cookies or temp internet files, because that isn't the
best or typical way to track that sort of information. I don't know how you
can be sure that they're copying all your security codes. Online banking
websites are encrypted so that they should not be able to see your password,
unless perhaps you choose to let Windows or Internet Explorer cache it
somewhere. Any chance you're just being paranoid?
