I hear what you are saying. IMO, there are a couple of
things you can do which may help to determine what the
problem is or correct it all together.
1. Install Zone Alarm and close everything down. Now,
when he attempts to get in, you should get some sort of
information on that.
2. Get a hardware firewall, if you do not already have
one.
3. FDisk the drive after putting your computer behind a
hardware firewall (best option, IMO). This way you should
be able to get all the latest updates without worrying
about this person.
To me, it sounds like the person could possibly be
hijacking your browser through port 80 or some other
common port that you use. Could even be a trojan that
rewrites the files once you launch a certain program.
Again, those above are just ideas. We need more
information to really be able to help you out.
