>well sorry but im at a loss ive search for hours but
everything comes back the same, it either windows nt, or a
virus and as we have eliminated the virus count that out,
i did notice on routers web site they have a lot of
firmware updates but not knowing your model number you
have to look for yourself and get any update, but im sure
this is nothing to do with the router, one post i saw
concerning winxp was leave the csrss.exe file alone its an
important file, also this.........
http://support.gateway.com/s/issues/662933810.shtml
check it see if it is anyhting todo with your system. if
all these fail, try a new post in the other news
group "Windows xp, network" also in "windows xp, general"
but add that you have eliminated the virus so others wont
post back with that.sorry i couldnt help more, but look on
the bright side, least you aint got a virus, good luck.
