Since the fix is included in SP1, I'm not surprised it doesn't go in. I
don't know what the log file should look like.
I'd recommend testing with another tool--HFNETCHK--to see whether the patch
is really there. HFNETCHK looks at the actual files in place and their
checksums to determine whether a patch is in place--WindowsUpdate uses
different criteria.
