Use an antivirus program [not just a removal tool]. Also, nothing is going
to clean that email from your inbox... you need to delete it, while using an
antivirus program [not a removal tool] to protect you. Turning off your
preview panel might also help you move the email to the deleted folder.
If you cannot delete the email due to Outlook giving an illegal operation,
that may indicate a general problem with Outlook or with your computer.
Doing general PC maintenance [scandisk, defrag, checking for adequate free
space on the hard drive, uninstalling and reinstalling the program, etc] may
help.
