I'm lazy. I go to www.microsoft.com/security and enter the
article (MS01-027, Q308411, SRP1, etc.)in the search box,
then click GO and let the search engine find what I'm
looking for.

Anne, once you've done a search for MS01-027, check out
the find:
"The MS01-020 and MS01-027 Security Patches May Not Be
Applied When You Upgrade to Internet Explorer 6 (Q308411)"
and follow the links to download the version of the patch
that is for your particular situation.
I've found searching like this to be very easy and
productive.
