Henry,
Thanks for the reply.
I am running XP Pro on a home network.
My network consists of a cable modem, router and two hubs
connecting three computers together. One computer is in
the basement and we share it amoung all the members of
the family.
I have Admin rights and installed the printer. It works
fine for me and all others with Admin rights. But my
daughter has user rights and she can't print from the
shared printer.
I looked up the instructions on how to share the printer
and it tells me to use the Security Tab to change the
permissions of the users. However, there is no Security
Tab.
Furthermore, if I change my daughter's account to Admin
rights, it works fine, but I don't want her to have the
permissions that come along with the Admin account.
Thanks!
