Thanks for your suggestions, Ned.

But, It's a simple P2P network with the "users" accessing the Internet for
shipping information. The problem is the "users" are installing AOL Instant
Messenger, going to porn sites, installing game software, etc. instead of
doing their jobs. With multiple "users" having access to the workstations,
it's difficult to single out one culprit.

On the Windows 98 machines, I can load additional *.ADM files to set
policies and I've even found some good *.REG files that add some
flexibility. Of course, you have to edit those before applying any of the
policies.

For any one else thinking about trying this, BACK UP THE REGISTRY.
Fortunately, I make a practice of it, even when installing new software.
While "experimenting" with SPE, I had to "restore" the original registry
over and over.
