Hotmail support says they do not know the answer to
this one. When I sign into Hotmail a window pops up
saying the info I transmit can be viewed, and the
padlock opens. I did not have this problem when
signing onto this site. I am working on a Mac behind a
firewall on a network in Internet Explorer 5. Hotmail
support said something about turning on Secure
Socket Layers, but I could not find where to do this.

Why do I lose my security on the Hotmail site? Any
help would be appreciated.
