MS bulletin improvement!

How often does Microsoft put on their bulletins, "Microsoft Knowledge
Base article Qxxxxxx discusses this issue and will be available
approximately 24 hours after the release of this bulletin." Yet, many
times, days or even WEEKS later, the Q article does not exist.

I will admit that lately this has been improving, but, for closure, they
should have somebody go back and change the bulletin to reflect that the
Q article is published. Please include a hyperlink!

One praise for them: Some articles now include "switch" information to
make it easier for admins to push updates via SMS, logon scripts, etc.
