OUTLOOK EXPRESS OMITTING EMAILS

Ever since I didn one of the latest downloads from
Microsoft, some emails have a little attachment sign on
the left and it says something like: OE removed unsafe
attachments to your email. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN????
