At minimum, I would challenge the use of "unfortunately" by an MS rep, since
I doubt "fortune" (a.k.a. "fate") played much of a role in this matter. Any
"fortune" involved is strictly Microsoft's fortune. And they are protecting
it by ending support for old products.
