Thank you Mr. Moir for the reply, well it is connected to
an ISDN DATA telephone set (8520T), using the RS232
adapter that accompanies the set it is connected to the pc
via a BD9 adapter attached to the COM1. then using the
software PROCOMMPLUS one can access another PC with the
aforementioned conections.
note: these ISDN sets utilizes the 5ESS switch to send its
information to the other ISDN set and PC.
so my question would be how to secure these equipment with
at least a password protection or something that can
secure the PCs. if not what would be recommended to secure
them??
