9/6 announcment on new patch to stop hackers from stealing credit cards

Can anyone tell where I find the download to the above
subject. I justheard today 9/6 that Microsoft has
ADMITTED that it is easy for hackers to break in and steal
your charge card numbers. I've tried to find the
download patch to correct this but with no success.

Has anyone found it yet? Thank you
