Goodness, no. These are the result of a virus. The virus authors are trying
to use your gullibility to spread their viruses. Microsoft has so far only
sent out security notices to those addresses that are specifically signed up
to their security bulletins mailing list - and you'd know if you had done
that, wouldn't you? Delete the message - if you're feeling brave and
knowledgeable, decipher from the headers the likely source of the email and
send them a message telling them about the problem - but be careful, the
source of the email is _not_ generally the party referred to in the "From" or
"Reply-to" address.
