Get the value of the registry key that enables the Syskey protection level.
There are a number of command line tools to get registry values in the
Windows resource kits and possibly also available for download at
www.microsoft.com/download At least one of the tools will hopefully allow
you to get the registry key value off of a remote computer, as long as the
Remote Registry service is started.

Use HFNETCHK for a good command line utility, report in plain text or tab
delimited format. If you prefer, you can try the Microsoft MBSA which is a
gui version of HFNETCHK with some other checks thrown in. All free.
