Admin account locked

Again, read the previous message. The account which was
originally named Administrator cannot be locked out. Now,
if it had changed names or passwords, then that is another
story. If you know the name, but not the password, there
are tools which can help you reset the password. If you
do not know the name, it is more of a task than what I
want to write about.
