Security breach

When I connect to the Internet, a porno program and a
dialer.exe loads to my computer. doesn't seem to test out
for a virus by Norton, but my ME OS setting are changed
and can't seem to change them back. The file called
dialer123, and the program is Innocent Virgins. Anyone
else having this problem? I would really appreciate any
input.
