Do a search for "hard disk wipe" on Google (or your favorite search engine)
and download one. There's quite a few freebie ones out there. Run them at
least twice on each machine and there's pretty well zero chance anyone can
retrieve anything off that disk ever.
This includes you, so make sure you've moved whatever you need off the disks
before wiping!
