Intruder Alert is a host-based intrusion detection system from Symantec. You
can find info at

and sales info under "License Now" link.

My organisation is using the product and I wouldn't say I like it.

Do you want host or network IDS? Take a look at snort for good wire-based
IDS (www.snort.org, www.silicondefense.com for Windows port)
