Critical Updates Package - MSXML 2.6

I was using IE Windows Update to download and install
Critical Updates Package.
It shows:
 Security Update, February 13, 2002 (MSXML 2.6)
367 KB/ Download Time: < 1 min

I run the automatic download and update, the result is:

click the Back button below.

Critical Updates Package

What was wrong? I am using Win2000 Server with Visual
studio 6, Visual studio.Net installed.
