Copy your hfnetchk.exe to your windows folder (C:\Winnt of C:\Windows) or
even leave it in the root of your C:\ (all these are in the path), then
run it from command line...

    OR

While in command prompt window - change directory to folder where you
have your hfnetchk - for instance:

C:\>cd "C:\Program Files\Tools"

Then run the utility:

C:\Program Files\_Tools>hfnetchk.exe
