Yeppers, they "removed" microsoft.public.windowsxp.basics yesterday.

As we both know, M$ can remove a newsgroup from their server but it's not really "deleted."

From the current status of this newsgroup, not many people seem to know that. Oh well. 8-)

What was the original count for available newsgroups?
